John spent 33 years as a consultant with Accenture until he left them in 2018. During his time with Accenture he had a variety of positions including Project Leadership, Client/Account Leadership, and Operating unit Leadership responsibilities. He was responsible for providing Digital consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing to a variety of industries.
His most recent position was as Senior Managing Director for Accenture’s Health & Public Service operating unit in North America, he had overall P&L responsibility for four client service segments: Accenture Federal Services, North America Health Services, US State & Local Government, and Canada Federal Government. The business included Digital consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing.
Previously, he served as managing director of Accenture’s Health Services client service group in North America , responsible for Accenture’s overall North American health practice across Health Insurers, Provider/Hospital Systems, and State and Local health agencies. Prior to that, he led Accenture’s Global Health & Life Sciences practice.
After joining Accenture in 1985, he served clients in the health industry, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, industrial products industries, and government sector. John’s role has centered on helping Fortune 100 companies enable and drive business transformation through the innovative use and integration of strategy, technology, digital and operations areas.
Since leaving Accenture, John has been a part of Applied SEM. He has been applying his experience in transforming businesses using Digital Marketing to small businesses. Small businesses represent the backbone of the US economy and John is passionate about bringing a scaled solution to them that has served large Fortune 100 clients for decades.
